Ask yourself when and why you smoke.

Try to find the things in your daily life that you often do while smoking (such as drinking your morning cup of coffee or driving a car). Anything that gives you the urge to smoke, do away from it. Then ask your self theses question why do you smoke? I think that will always make you reason well before you smoke. Again the enemy of progress is by the corner “PROCASTINATION“. Try to work on it, if you really want to stop smoking. If you can quit smoking then your healthy habit life has began. Stop smoking, because smoking kills.

2. Healthy food Healthy life

All human beings need food to survive. They need food to grow and maintain a healthy body. But we human have different (RDAs) Ranging from infant to children(kids) to teenage to adult and the old. Everyone require different feeding method. “Recommended Dietary Allowances” (RDAs) are the levels of intake of essential nutrients that, on the basis of scientific knowledge, are judged by the Food and Nutrition Board to be adequate to meet the known nutrient needs of practically all healthy persons.

1. Try to Eat three healthy meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Note that dinner does not have to be the largest meal.
2. The bulk of food consumption should consist of healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk products.
3. Incorporate Protein such as lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts into a healthy diet.
4. Foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars should be incorporated.
5. Eat the smallest portion that can satisfy hunger and then stop eating.
6. Healthy snacks are OK in moderation and should consist of items like fruit, whole grains, or nuts to satisfy hunger and not cause excessive weight gain.

14-15 hours from 3-11 months of age.

10-11 hours for 5-10 years of age.

8.5-9.5 hours for 10-17 years of age and those

18 and above need 7-9 hours of sleep.
